Location: The Pugh Tract is located approximately 8.75 miles northwest Hamburg and 10 miles north of Crossett just north of the Pugh community in Ashley County, Arkansas. The tract is approximately 62 acres described as two (2) acres in the NE corner of the NE of the SE of Section 6; two (2) acres in the SE corner of the of the SW of the NW of Section 5; part of the NW of the SW of Section 5, containing 38 acres, more or less; and the W of the NE of the SW of Section 5, Township 17 South, Range 8 West, containing 20 acres, more or less, located in Ashley County, Arkansas.

Tract Description: Ashley CR 181 is a paved county road that dissects the west side of the property and provides excellent access and approximately one half (1/2) mile of road frontage. Electricity is available along Ashley CR 181on the west side and Ashley CR 454 miles on the north side and the property would be suitable for rural house sites with acreage. A pond one half acre in size is located on the east side of the property and is accessed off Ashley CR 454 on a native surface woods road. Per the NRCS Web Soil Survey the predominant soil types are well drained to somewhat well drained fine sandy loams with an average native site index for loblolly pine of eighty-three (83) feet (base age 50). The timber on the property consists of a stand of natural pine sawtimber and a stand of scattered pine seedtrees on a natural pine and hardwood reproduction area.
From the intersection of Arkansas Hwy 133 North and the Ashley CR 12 in the Crossroads community, travel North 1.9 miles to the intersection with Ashley CR 461. Turn west (left) and travel west approximately .75 miles to the intersection with Ashley CR 95 and bear left continue traveling west on Ashley CR 95 approximately .25 miles to the intersection with Ashley CR 454. Turn north (right) onto Ashley CR 454 and travel approximately .9 miles to a Kingwood Forestry Services "Land for Sale" that is located on the north boundary line of the property.
