Improvements: The main improvements consist of a nice 1500 +/- SF ranch house with a large covered front porch, a 40x60 three sided metal equipment barn on concrete foundation equipped with a new walk-in cooler, game cleaning area and outdoor sink, a 40x60 drive through equipment/RV barn, one small bunk room and a 30x40 pavilion with outdoor cantina. Wildlife: Over the past 2 seasons, the current owner has removed most of the native deer from the ranch. In 2014, there were 10 bred doe brought in from the Lone Star Whitetail Ranch. This past year, the owner also brought in a beautiful 2 year old brood buck that scored 218 B&C, (also from the renowned Lone Star Whitetail Ranch). Pending sales price, owner may agree to release an additional five bucks from the same ranch as part of the sale.
