With over 1,300 of paved road frontage, the property is ideally suited to build a home or a hunting camp. The old home was torn down a few years ago leaving a nice pad on which to build a new house, park your RV, or set up camp. Several mature pecan trees scattered around the home site produce large amounts of pecans. The old home had power, deep well and a septic tank (which may or may not be usable). Note to hunters - this is an excellent recreational tract, loaded with whitetail deer and wild turkey. Deer season in Alabama begins with bow season in mid-October, and gun season doesnt end until February 10th! Turkey season begins in mid-March and lasts through the end of April. Surrounded by other timber tracts and a large hayfield to the south, there is plenty of food, cover and water to keep the game around. A perimeter trail provides ATV access all the way around the property. There are two nice food plots on the property and room for more. The soil is a typical mix of sand and clay, great for growing pine trees.
