I can't say enough good things about this property! I have personally hunted this farm the past few years, I killed a 160 class 12 pointer with my bow this past year on it. My grandson shot his first buck on the place as well. 58 acres very secluded and private sitting at the end of the road. Great bottom fields, that would make great crop fields or hay fields. There is a nice creek running along the whole south border and one on the west border, so water is abundant. The modular home is 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath and is clean, clean ,clean! Plenty of room in it with close to 1900 sq feet. There is a nice back porch for watching the wildlife in the back yard. I have seen up to 20 deer and 30+ turkeys on this pace at one time. I have trail cam pictures as well. Not very far from Stover, Mo and north of Hwy 52, which seems like everyone wants in buying a place. A great place to retire and live peacefully. Only reason owners is selling is health reasons and they live out of state. Owner has miles of walking paths in the woods. This place wont last long.
