Directions to Triangle Ranch
From Murphy Idaho: Head S. on ID HWY 78 for 13mi, take a Right on Oreana Loop Rd. 2.3m, Go Right on Bachman Grade Rd. South for 25mi. Property gate entrance (1) will be too the East or left side of Bachman Grade/Triangle Rd. 1.2 miles past Spencer Reservoir(3), a small body of water you will pass to your east. Entrance is easy to miss, but will be 1/2 Mile before the first large ranch gate directly over Bachman Grade/Triangle Rd.
(This gate will be locked and is not the intended entrance to the property - that will be behind you 5 miles across from a wire gate entrance). At the locked property gate entrance use code provided in "Agent Remarks" to open gate. Please close gate behind you. Follow road east and it will turn to the south. At next gate entrance this will be the edge of the property and will not be locked. Please close gate behind you. You can also plug Triangle Reservior into your map app and it will take you to the locked Ranch gate of Triangle ranch (2)
