The offering consists of a handling facility currently operated by the Seller under a Special Use Permit (SUP) granted by the US Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (BOR). The structures and facility lie on 4.42 acres of BOR land and include 29 silos with 200,000 bushels of storage capacity and a 2,500 Bu/Hr. handling capacity. The complex has the ability, under new ownership, to apply for continuity of the same operation under a new SUP or a new owner could apply for a different use, subject to approval by BOR. Further, the BNSF Rail Line is adjacent to the west, offering the potential for access development and expansion into rail service.

The receiving pit is capable of 3,000 Bu/Hr. The aspirator and treater are capable of 2,000 Bu/Hr. This offering includes a 110 foot truck scale. The facility is capable of handling five varieties of barley, oats or other grains. The current operator has handled up to 260,000 bushels of barley seed and 30,000 bushels of oats per year. There is 200,000 bushels of total cleaned capacity. Seller will not be continuing their current operation after sale.
