This is a premier Recreational lot. The front part of the lot is flat with easy access from the road, the lot then slopes down to a creek with aspen and pine trees on the hillside. The creek flows through a portion of the property. There is a power line on the east side of the property. Gates on the national forest road that leads to this property are open May 15 to mid-November. Access in the winter would be by snowmobile.
