A person could build a small shack somewhere over by that meadow also with good views and to be closer to the beaver ponds and all the ground on the south side of the river. It would be an awesome location to use as a day shack to hang out at while hunting the main portion of the land. There was tons of beaver sign along these ponds and the river. Top notch trapping heaven!! Beaver, otter, mink, bobcat you name it most likely it's running around on this place. Not everyday you can find that diverse property that has everything!! The other awesome part about this property is the the fact that it's attached to hundreds of acres of state and county lands on three sides of the southern portion of the property!!! The other awesome part is the fact that the property is only approximately 3.25 miles to the World Class Lake Kabetogama public boat access!!!
