Poteau Mountain

Poteau Mountain North is a 401-acre tract that borders over 340,000 acres of the Ouachita National Forest. This tract is primarily pine timber with a good mixture of hardwoods. Access to this property is incredible, with Poteau Mountain Road serving as the southern border.Located just a couple miles north of Waldron, Arkansas this property boasts a good amount of highway 71 road frontage.

A cell phone tower is located just off the main gravel road. A main transmission line splits this property and runs from north to south, offering incredible access to interior logging roads. Several wet weather creeks can be found in the low areas.
