Water is distributed by 38 miles of pipeline with 2 boosters to 9 storages. The ranch has 20 dirt tanks. There are 6 older wells that have the potential of being brought back into operation.

ELEVATION: The ranch ranges from 4820 to 5487 feet.

VEGETATION: The ranch has good native grass turf, mostly side oats, with some juniper trees on NE end of ranch.

TERRAIN: The ranch is rolling open plains to rolling open hills on most of the ranch. Mesa drops off into canyon and draws on NE end of ranch.
