Location: The property is located in the area known as Mulberry Canyon in western Taylor County, Texas. Less than 20 minutes south of I-20, a little over 30 minutes from Abilene and Sweetwater, about 75 minutes to San Angelo, just over two hours to Midland, and about two hours and 20 minutes to Lubbock.

Topography:A nice gentle roll is what you'll feel once you get onto the Pioneer 120; this one has some nice elevation change.
