Directions to property: From San Augustine. Travel west on Hwy 21 for 7.1 miles. Turn right on FM 354. Travel FM 354 for 6 +/- miles and it turns into CR 229 (going from oil top to good gravel/limestone road). Follow CR 229 for almost 2 miles. Turn right onto CR 232 and travel about 200 yards down CR 232 and the Easement road to the property is on your right.
