Bring your Atv, dirt bikes, or 44 and head out on the Tuscobia State Trail across the highway from the property, used for ATVs and off-road motorcycles in the summer, and snowmobiles in the winter. It's a 74-mile trail from Tuscobia to Park Falls. It's a great way to explore the area.

Couderay is a small town of 81 residents. It has two to three boarded-up buildings downtown, and the Couderay River runs along the other side of the state trail. To the east is a town called Radisson with a gas station and a few other amenities. There is a power line running along the highway; it comes in from the north and tops out just north of the property. The easement in front of the property is a steep, dirt hill. There is a ramp-like feature that comes in from the North of the property.
