The wildlife are plentiful on this property. The drainage that runs from the NW corner to the SE has often been referred to as a Wildlife Highway by the owner. During my inspection on December 29, I spotted over a dozen deer, including a nice mature buck, several hundred ducks and geese on the ponds or in the air, and a covey of about a dozen quail. Previously I have also seen wild turkey.
Another nice feature of the property if the absence of rocks hiding in the grass on the hillsides. There are some, but nothing compared to most of the Flint Hill pastures I have been on.
