Absolutely perfect for the family that would like to live off their land and enjoy nature at its best. Excellent soil and great natural grass as good as I have seen anywhere. Many excellent building sites to chose from subject only to your view you want and your privacy. The views of the National Forest in just about every direction gives you the felling of being in the forest and still have the sun all day long with the earliest morning sun and best of all is the sunset which you and your guests will never forget. Year-round access on well maintained graveled private roads, power close by and underground phone runs along the west line of the property. This land was part of a homestead around the turn of the century, some of their plowing and tool needed to work the land are still there!! The soils couldn't be better for septic and gardens. There is spring activity along the west side of the property that might be an excellent spring if worked.
Year-round recreation is at your fingertips as there is over 120,000 acres of the Okanogan National Forest that is just a short hike away. This valley where the property is located is known for its alpine fishing lakes and being surrounded by the National Forest on its south, east, and north boundaries giving you all the freedom one could ever ask for. You don't have to build ever, however, if you do decide to build, you don't have to build a mansion. Upon request I will be happy to send you the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions of record (CC&R's). They are for rural property and not restricted like city lands.
You will also have access to the associations Headquarters area where you can get all the drinking water you want included in the $170 a year dues. Also included are shower and toilet facilities that owners can use till they have their own well and/or build.
