WILDLIFE

The ranch is under a MLD program with a wildlife management plan in place that extends hunting season. There are whitetail, some passing exotics, javelin, quail, dove and other game animals. Fishing in the river is terrific with good deep holes of water.

WATER

The ranch's main attraction is the Pecos River and the great accessibility of the river from the ranch. So many ranches in this area have river frontage, but accessing the river can treacherous. This is not true with this property. With nine water wells distributed across the ranch, there is plenty of water. Two wells are drilled but have not had a pump installed.
