The Main Lodge is a 7-Bedroom house that sleeps 20. There are two fireplaces, one in the living area and one in the large bunk room. The lodge comes fully furnished with beds, furniture, appliances and even much of the taxidermy included. There is also a large game/sunroom with a poker and pool table, as well as a mudroom with gun racks and a place to hang waders. A large patio area doubles as covered parking and has a nearby covered outdoor kitchen area in the backyard. The guest house is a newly remodeled 2 bed one bath with a covered parking area. The wooden cabin has a loft area, bedroom, and a large outdoor deck. Near the cabin you will find a covered skinning shed and a trailer mounted walk in cooler. There is a shop that has a concrete slab and a huge covered area for parking equipment such as the included back-hoe and tractor.

The property is located adjacent to a large hunting ranch and close to Red River in a great hunting area. 780 acres of the property has been in the WRP program for around 15 years and has well established duck impoundments and forested areas. There is over 100 acres of water when full and tons of brushy and wooded habitat. The owners have harvested some very impressive deer and many ducks over the years as you can see in the photos. Deer genetics on the property are outstanding with 140-150 deer killed every year. You can also enjoy hog hunting as well as some turkey hunting on the ranch.
