Topography: This one has a little bit of everything from nearly level grassland, to cedar breaks, and river bottom land. Several deep canyons cross the ranch and open up at the river making some tricky spots for big bucks to hide! There are miles-long views from several points on this ranch.

Hunting:The property is located in an area known to produce quality whitetail deer and strong numbers of bobwhite quail. There is also a herd of elk that has begun to populate the area, as well as, other exotic species. There is also an abundance of feral hogs, and you may see an occasional mule deer. Predators in the area include coyotes, bobcats, and an occasional mountain lion.

Residence and Improvements:There is an old cabin situated at one of the highest points on the ranch. The cabin isnt new by any stretch, but it seems to be tight and is definitely good for a place to stay while you are on your hunt.
