Description:
This remote lodge set within the middle of a canyon system provides a getaway for families or corporate retreats. The large hunting lodge is 5,100 sqft and includes 4 en-suite bedrooms and two large living areas. The high vaulted wood beam ceilings on the main level open up to floor to ceiling windows for panoramic views of the canyon terrain that surrounds the lodge. Deer, quail, and pheasant hunting is abundant on the property and the trophies that line the wall are a reminder of the wildlife that is just outside. Hunting:
The brush cover is very thick on the property which provides great shelters for the wildlife including mule deer, quail, hog, turkey, and bobcat. Plus, the occasional sightings of auodad sheep and mountain lion. Several trophies can be seen inside the hunting lodge that had been shot on the ranch.
History:
The house was built in 1997 for a place to retire and a place for their large family to enjoy long weekends. While building, they wished to create a retreat with plenty of room for everyone to comfortably stay.
Improvements:
A portion of the ranch is fenced and there is an electric gate with coded access on the main driveway. The CR that runs along the eastern edge of the property has cattle guards at both ends of the property line into the ranch. The exclusive hunting lodge is a split level with a walk out basement on the back of the house. Inside, there are 4 large bedrooms, all en-suite, perfect for private guests. The kitchen is a good size with eat-in bar and large dining area. Not to mention the large living room on the main level can extend out onto the back deck overlooking the canyon views. Downstairs, there is another large living area with access to a shaded patio below the large deck on the upper level. A $10,000 sound system runs throughout the upper level and out onto the back deck. There is also an attached 3 car garage on the main level.

The land is mostly rolling with shallow and deeper canyon draws.
Exclusions:
Most of the furniture in the lodge is negotiable with sale of property. The jeep in the garage does not convey.
