ACCESS: Private roads for land owners and well service employees provides access to most properties in this area. An old trail/logging road provides access to the property, cutting the SE corner of the property and extending on to other properties further along the route. This has been the means of access for years, with no written legal access, only the presumptive easement.
WILDLIFE: Whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, wild hog, small game, and bear are reported in this region. Excellent wildlife area due to isolation from public roads.
MINERALS: none
IMPROVEMENTS: none
WATER/STREAMS: Wet weather stream.
COMMENTS: An isolated tract for privacy and outdoor enjoyment. A great place to harvest that ole mossy horn or long beard away from the hunt pressured areas. This is a good opportunity to own your own hunting and get-a-way-from-it-all at a decent price. It could be considered a challenge by most to get there, but when you get there, Panther Hollow is yours!
