The Owens Farm tract sits about a quarter mile off County Road 622 between Battens Crossroads and the airport. There is an 18 easement from the County Road providing access to the tract. With approximately 16 acres currently in hay field, you will have plenty of options to grow hay, fence it for pasture, convert to farm land, or to plant trees. The hay fields are well-drained and producing good rolls of hay. They could also be used to plant large food plots and provide supplemental feeding for the wildlife.

The creek enters the tract on the south and flows out through the Northwest corner. It maintains constant water, even during the recent drought.
