Owen County Farm

175 acres of Deer Heaven located in the heart of Owen county, the deer hunting capital of Kentucky, the county that has maintained the largest deer harvest in Ky. for many many years. It is mostly all big mature timber with a few pockets of open pasture and creek bottoms for planting food plots. Indian Creek runs through the center of the farm and is a year round creek plus there are 2 small cattle ponds for the wildlife. There is a retreat cabin that is 14x24 and has electricity, propane furnace, hot water on demand, air conditioning, and a 200 amp service for the cabin and an additional 200 amp service in the parking area for an RV. In addition there is a 10x20 storage building. There are access trails throughout the farm to reach all areas by ATV. At least half of the boundary is bordered by the Rich WMA.
