This poultry farm is a 6-house broiler operation located between Orangeburg and Bowman, SC. Each 40x500' house contains 11 fans, tube heaters and pancake heaters, two feed lines and four drinker lines, newly replaced Ziggity nipples, curtain side-walls, Chore-Tronics 2 controllers, and an alarm system. The farm also includes four 4-inch wells, a 6,600 sqft stacking shed, 4,000 sqft Quonset building, a 2,160 sqft compost shed, and a housed 235KW generator. Two houses were built in 1989, one in 1992, and the remaining three in 1999. All of which have been kept up-to-date and in good shape. There is also a single-wide mobile home, just off-site, that could be purchased (not included in the list price).
