The Village Tract (#03019-03613) is a tract that is +/- 35.56 acres (per deed) located in eastern Columbia County about ten miles east of Magnolia, AR near the community of Village (North 33.24709, West 93.059106). The tract was recently harvested and all timber was removed. The topography consists of well-drained upland rolling hills sloping down towards a creek drain east of the property. Access is excellent with the northestern edge of the tract lying along the southern border of US-Hwy 82 East; additional access is available with a gravel residential road running along the western edge of the property.
