This is probably the best small hunting tracts and locations I have ever seen. 36 acres but because of the railroad easement its going to hunt like a true 40 acre tract. Surrounded by crop ground, and the only cover in the area, this pace is loaded with deer and turkey! When I pulled up there were three deer crossing the road in front of me going into this patch of timber. A few walnut trees were cut recently on the property, but there is plenty of big timber left. Trails run through out the property as well as the rail road track to make accessing easily to hunt. This place can hunt 4 guys especially bow hunting. Only thin it needs is some food plots made. There is a creek winding through the property, which had some water in it. Close to Swan Lake and the Grand River for more recreational fun. Also close to Sumner, Mo the home of the capitol of Wild Geese! Hale, Mo is only a few minutes away to shop or get a bite to eat.
