Charles Springs is located approximately 5 miles South of Dowling Park. This County Park consists of 5 acres of land along the Suwannee River and has been designated as a historic site. The small shallow spring has a diameter of about 25 feet and a depth of 2 10 feet. The area is heavily wooded and features a nice bluff overlooking the Suwannee River. There is a one lane, paved boat ramp and parking area and wooden steps leading down to the spring. The park is also along the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail route from White Springs to the mouth of the Suwannee at the Gulf of Mexico.

At Old Oak Farms you will find 8 parcels ranging in size from 15 to 20 acres. Each parcel has plenty of cleared space in pasture grass with giant oak trees. There is fencing in place on most of the parcels too. The properties are ideal for families who want to raise horses or cows. Parcel C has a metal barn that could be used for storing hay, vehicles, or a workshop. Power is already run to the barn. Parcel F has two large barns that would be ideal for storage also. One of the barns was used for milking cows many years ago. There is also an old apartment attached to one the barns. A well and power is already on Parcel F also.

Electricity is available to the front of the property and the each parcel has road access on a county dirt road or an easement dirt road. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.
