Charles Springs is located approximately 5 miles South of Dowling Park. This County Park consists of 5 acres of land along the Suwannee River and has been designated as a historic site. The small shallow spring has a diameter of about 25 feet and a depth of 2 10 feet. The area is heavily wooded and features a nice bluff overlooking the Suwannee River. There is a one lane, paved boat ramp and parking area and wooden steps leading down to the spring. The park is also along the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail route from White Springs to the mouth of the Suwannee at the Gulf of Mexico.

Old Oak Farms - Estates E1 and E2 have plenty of cleared space in pasture grass with giant oak trees along the perimeter. There is some fencing in place on both of the parcels too. The properties are ideal for families who want to raise horses or cows. Electricity is available to the front of the property and the each parcel has road access on a county dirt road or an easement dirt road. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted. The parcels are zoned 1 home per 5 acres.
