This property is privately located off of CR 3271 just south of Mt Enterprise and west of US Hwy 259 between Henderson and Nacogdoches. It is comprised of 120 acres which is accessed via a deeded easement. It has rolling topography with elevation ranging from an approximate low of 360 ASL to an approximate high of 470 ASL. The higher elevation is on the southern portions of the property which is the access point that ties to the easement. It slopes downward (to the north) towards Wooten Creek which appears to touch the NE corner of the property. There is a very small amount of flood zone in the northern extreme of the property that is associated with this creek. Timber on approximately 70% - 80% of the property was harvested five to seven years ago and these areas have reseeded with pine which appears to have good coverage with healthy, young pine timber. The southeastern corner of the property appears to have been left undisturbed and this area appears to have a nice mixture of relatively mature pine and hardwood timber.
