Lush live oak and elm shaded bottom lands with deep grass and plentiful shade lead to broad flat steps of typical central Texas hill country topography to the south of the property.

Surface Water - There are two stock tanks located on the property.

One is near the property's northern boundary. This first tank is larger but the construction has yet to be completed as it is lacking the layer of bentonite required to seal the bottom. The other near the propertys northern boundary.

The second stock tank is located near the southern boundary of the property and holds a moderate amount of water except in extremely dry conditions.

Supplemental Water - A large pila located towards the north end of the ranch supplies two watering troughs, one for each of the two pastures that comprise the property.

FENCING

There is a perimeter fence consisting of barbed wire and mesh along with a cross fence that divides the acreage into two pastures.
