To visit the property, go 2 miles North of Mullin, Texas on 183. Turn right by the Carlisle Real Estate and Cattle Company sign on County Road 189. After traveling 2.5 miles, the property will be on the left off CR 189.

Rolling terrain is present through-out Oak Ridge Ranches. There exists an interesting combination of cover including large Pecan, Elm, Live Oak, and Cedar trees scattered throughout the property.
