Located approximately 9 miles inland of the Lake Superior South shore, This is by far one of the most remote areas of the State. The property is surrounded by approximately 200 Square miles of undeveloped wild land and is an excellent location for hunting and recreational uses. Potato River Rd. is well maintained and provides easy access to the property. Stands of Aspen and Maple prevail with a couple of small feeder ravines amongst an established trail system. Food Plots and elevated blinds have been already established on the land and there’s a nice location near the road to set up a camp. Ashland is within 45 minutes of the property. One of the best area’s in the State for the number of Black Bears per Square Mile.
