Northern Nevada Retreat/Hunting Properties

Have one owner who owns 3 parcels in the Foot hills of Black Mountain in NE Elko County. Any of the three would make good retreats for hunting or just outdoor recreation. There are Mule Deer, Elk and Antelope in the area as far as big game goes and plenty of small game animals and birds. The trees of the area are mainly Utah Juniper or Pinyon Pine with a few Chokecherry in the draws. All of the parcels have something unique that the others don't. The West 120 has more mountain side with trees and the 160 has a spring on it. There are no certificated water rights on the spring but we believe the water can be used for stockwater and domestic purposes. The South 120 has some trees and quite a bit of grass with a wet spot in the spring of the year.
