Northern Mims Creek Tract

This is a rare opportunity to own some of what once was considered some of the area's best farmland. Most of this property was cultivated or cattle land until it was planted in pines around 2000. There is an old, condemned road named Haisten Road running north to south through the farm. This divides the farm with about 120 acres on the west and 221 acres on the east.

There are roughly 78 acres of 22-year-old long-leaf pines that need thinning on the west side of the property. Much of the east side of the property is made up of hardwoods and planted long-leaf pines. These pines did not have great livability on the east side.
