This ranch is in the Cross Timbers section of North Central Texas. Tree species on the ranch include Blackjack Oak, Spanish Oak, Red Oak, Mesquite, Juniper, Elm, Cedar Elm, and several other species providing an excellent habitat and forage for wildlife. An abundance of native grasses exists on the ranch including Big Bluestem, Little Blue Stem, Coastal varieties, and some other bunch grasses. Wild plum and blackberry thickets thrive.
