The Nichols Horse Ranch consists of 3,610 deeded acres and 240 State of Wyoming lease acres for a total of 3,850 acres located 100 miles south of Jackson, Wyoming. The improvements at the headquarters include a beautiful, custom-built 3,911 sq. ft. home with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a deck with views of the Wyoming Mountain Range. There is an unattached, oversized shop and a large hay storage shed. The 2,600 sq. ft. horse barn includes a luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, stalls and runs with automatic waterers, and numerous loafing sheds.
