Easy access to I-5 in both north and south directions and primarily low traffic, country drives! Sellers find that they are approximately 12 minutes to downtown Eugene,
20 minutes to Albany, and 30 minutes to Corvallis.
I-5 is just on the other side of Mount Tom Dr, from the house. It's obviously a busy, noisy corridor, but Sellers say they can't really hear it from the inside the house, and as they've gotten used to it, they hardly notice the "white noise" anymore.
Sellers would be interested in renting the property back for up to a year!
