Newport Landing Lake Lot

Newport Landing is a relaxing lake community located northwest of Omaha near Bennington at 168th and Highway 36. The lake itself is about 280 acres and the development consists of 84 acres around the lake. Homes start at around $400,000 and go up to over a million. The neighborhood is centered on the recreational activities that the lake offers. Boats are welcome here. The lake has also been stocked, so anglers can fish for bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. The neighborhood also offers a 2.5-mile walking trail that crosses three limestone bridges. Lakefront homeowners are also permitted to have docks extending out into the lake.
