New Mexico Horse Breeding and Training Facility

Lovington Farm is comprised of 40 acres +/-.

TERRAIN AND VEGETATION: The farm is currently planted in Bermuda grass for their horses to graze.

WATER: A Zimmatic sprinkler, nozzles at 330 gal, irrigates the 20 acres under pivot. There are 2 wells on the farm that feed the sprinkler system; both are newly updated with pumps and one with pipe. The small pasture in front of the house is watered with a reel gun.

LIVESTOCK OPERATION: On site is a breeding barn with 2 foaling stalls and 6 other stalls, a tack room. And additional shed row with 9 covered stalls and runs. There is also a large shop with overhang on each side for hay and equipment storage and a large round pen nearby. Besides the main barn, there are several other barns for storage and stalls. There is plenty of space to add an arena.
