The cabin is 24'by12' with metal roof, aluminum windows, 2 separate lofts and a mountain view to die for. There are also a number of additional building sites for your permanent home, or larger cabin.
The property is diverse with astounding mountain views, lots of trees (Fir, Ponderous Pines, and Aspen). There are beautiful rock outcropping that I have not seen in some time giving the property a strong majestic character. The new Owner will have ample areas for as large a garden as you will ever want. The acreage has some sub-irrigated areas that will be perfect for growing you garden, or crops. There are many choice building sites for a cabin or home that you may build in the future. Power and phone are a short distance to the North; you will be less that mile from a well maintained county/forest service road.

Enter Aeneas Valley off Hwy 20, go about 3 miles on Aeneas Valley Road to Peoney Creek RD, go south 1/4 mile and bear right at intersection. Go about 1/3 of mile to gate on left which should be unlocked. Open gate and drive up the private road about 800 feet. You will see the NE survey corner of the property well marked on the left (EAST) side of the road. You are now on the property drive about 600 feet and you will see the cabin on your right, The cabin is locked. I have the south line marked with green ribbon, if you climb the hill to the east and go about 150 feet you will see the SE corner at the fence running south and east. The SW corner is about 500 feet due west up the beautiful ravine this will be hard to find unless you look up to the south and see the Pink Tape marking the SW corner
