Nelson Rd. Timberlands

The Nelson Road Timberlands consists of 119 acres of upland pre-merchantable Pine and hardwood bottoms. There is over 4,000 feet of frontage along Christmas Lane and Old Monticello Road giving this tract great potential for division and access to all areas of the property. The timber consists of 85 acres of planted loblolly Pine and 34 acres of hardwoods along a tributary that runs through the middle of the property. The area is ideal for recreational hunting opportunities such as deer, turkey, and dove hunting.
