Myers Ranch South

The Myers Ranch boasts top notch mule deer hunting thanks to the rolling topography at the southern end of the property. About half of the property is enrolled in CRP. See map in the documents section for outline of the CRP ground. The rest of the acreage is covered in brush and is conducive to the wildlife that call the property home. There is one working well on the SE tract providing ample water for running livestock. The tract leased out about one year ago and have not been grazed since.
