Kane County dirt road (Muddy Creek Rd.), leads to property area on the west side. Starting either from Mount Carmel, Utah area, or at the transition junction point of Swains Creek Road. Access is mostly year-round. The unlocked gate is at the junction.

Picturesque Panguitch-Lake at an elevation of 8,200 offers boating & fishing for Cutthroat, Brown, Brook, and Rainbow Trout. Campgrounds and fish cleaning stations are available.

Nearby, Bryce Canyon & Zion National Parks provide many other opportunities for hiking, site seeing, mountain biking, ATV & UTV riding, horseback riding, and photographing. Brian Head Ski Resort is nearby. Lake Powell is approximately 2 hours away.
