Directions
From the Emporia exit at I95 take US58 east for approximately 7 miles and take a right on Hicks Ford Road (VSR615) and travel 1.7 miles to a right on Ivey Tract Road (VSR662). Travel approximately 6.6 miles until you come to Little Texas Road (VSR653) where you will take a right and travel less than a mile and turn off to the left on Whitehead Road (VSR730). The strip of fee simple ownership out the Whitehead is 2.3 miles on your right, but the access is actually about three miles from the turn on the right where the Sebrell Family Farms sign is.
