The soils are primarily Flanagan and Drummer with an average productivity index of 143.8 with a history of excellent production. There are no buildings on the farm and the 2020 lease is open. From Monticello, Illinois take Route 105 south and turn east on Kratz Road (just south of the elementary school), following it east for 1 mile and then another 1/2 mile as it turns south,at which point you will have to turn east again on 1500 North Rd. Continue for 1/2 mile east to 1050 East Road and take a right on it Go 1 mile south at which point you will have to turn east again on to 1400 North Rd. Do so and take this road east 1/2 mile to the farm which starts at the southeast corner of 1400N and 1100E. If you continue east on 1400N, the farm is on the right for 1/4 mile. If you turn right and go south on 1100E it is on your left for 1/2 mile and marked with our signs.
