The western portion of the ranch is rugged with lots of elevation, ridge lines, valleys and hill tops providing breath taking, endless views.
Theres a great road system throughout the ranch providing access to all areas of the ranch. Fences are in fair to great condition, and mesquite management has been maintained. The front gate accesses paved Highway 16 connecting I-20 to Strawn, just below Ranger Hill.
Mountain Lake Ranch is a great cattle/hunting ranch combo and only three miles from the world-famous Mary's Cafe.
