Location:

The Morris Creek 240 sits just south of the town of Howe, in Leflore County, Oklahoma. The property is about a 20-minute drive from the county seat of Poteau, 50-minute drive from Ft. Smith, Arkansas, two hours from Tulsa, three hours from Oklahoma City, three hours from Little Rock, Arkansas, and four hours from Dallas.

Water:

There is about one-half mile of Morris Creek and about one-half mile of Dry Creek that traverse the property providing seasonal water through the ranch and plenty of creek rock that could be used for landscaping or construction. There is also a pond on the property with room to build more.
