The Morgan place consists of 141 ac. of cropland and 179 ac. of native pasture. The perimeter fences are in good shape and the water well is functioning. The brush species are mainly mesquite, hackberry and scattered lotebush. This property is bordered by FM 680 on the east and Pickerill road on the south.
