All-Weather access and over 25 miles of interior roads make it easy to get to any part of the ranch. The ranch is divided into two pastures of 2,268 and 626 acres. The entire perimeter of the large pasture is high fenced, and the combination of 4 water wells (2 electric, 2 solar), over 2 miles of water lines, and several surface tanks yield 9 permanent watering stations. Selective clearing around the two larger tanks and in areas along the creek bottoms has left beautiful pasture with bull mesquites and native grasses. The 626 acre pasture is low fenced and has additional electricity and a water well servicing the troughs in that pasture.

There are large numbers of turkey which roost along the creek, and seasonal dove (both mourning and white-winged) flock to the area given the ample water and farmland in the surrounding area. Quail have also made a tremendous come-back with the help of the improved habitat. The white-tailed deer herd has also been a big point of focus. The native herd has been heavily culled over the past few seasons, doe from a well established trophy ranch were TTT transferred to the ranch, and a DMP program has been put in place. The base for a top notch deer herd has been established, and the specifics on the source and pictures of these deer can be seen in this album. A Wildlife Management Plan has been put in effect making it MLD ready should an owner choose to enter into the program.
