Molsenia is located near the community of Round O in Colleton County. The tract is entirely wooded with mature hardwood and pine sawtimber. The property has access from Rowe Lane and Futrell Lane. Molsenia is a very diverse property with high upland acreage on the East side transitioning to lower bottomland on the West side with a small to medium size creek running through the center of the tract. There are currently no interior roads but a road could be easily constructed from Futrell Lane leading into the property for ease of access.
