Research Parcel InformationFrom Coeur d Alene, Idaho travel I-90 eastbound ~20 miles). Take Exit 34 for ID-3 towards Rose Lake/Harrison/St. Maries. Turn Right onto ID-3. Head south on highway ID-3 ~22 miles. Turn left onto S Hells Gulch Road. Using your odometer, travel 1.8 miles to the green farm gate on the right (south side of road). Be sure you are at the gate with a Molpus Woodlands Group real estate sign. There is room for parking at the gate but please do not block the gate. The gate is currently locked, and you may contact Molpus in advance to gain vehicle access. Please feel free to walk the property as well.
To Lot 4 from the gate: travel the main road (south) for 0.25 miles (1,300 ft) to the T intersection. Turn right (west) and travel about 425 ft. The NE corner of lot 4 will be on your left.
